On Sunday, September 2, 2018, The Law Offices of Jeffrey G. Marsocci, PLLC hosted an evening game with the Durham Bulls, inviting clients, friends, non-profits, and other professionals. “The Law Offices has four season tickets for the Durham Bulls and we often invite people to join us throughout the year, but we frequently have tickets that aren’t used,” said Jeffrey G. Marsocci. “The Durham Bulls are generous enough to have a ‘no ticket wasted’ policy where we can trade unused tickets in for a future game. This year, we decided to go big and credit most of those tickets to September 2nd, invite some friends and clients, and at the same time reward some non-profits in the area who are doing good work.”

Among the non-profits invited were various Kiwanis Clubs, various Circle K clubs, Activate Good, the Human Rights Campaign, and The LGBT Center of Raleigh. Of course, there was a good showing from the North Carolina State University Circle K Club where Jeff is the Kiwanis Advisor. “There are so many non-profit groups out there doing great work, but the hands-on volunteers may not be rewarded or recognized as much as they should,” Mr. Marsocci said. “We were happy to be able to provide a good time for those volunteers.”

The Durham Bulls finished the season as Champions of the Southern Division of the International League and are in the playoffs.
